A Sanctuary-inspired check-in for anyone pursuing lasting health and wholeness

Mental and emotional health aren’t things we tend to “arrive at” once and for all—they require ongoing attention, care, and honest reflection. Mental Health Tune Up is a space to step back in and check in on that journey.
For those who have participated in the Sanctuary classes, this is a chance to reconnect with the work you’ve already begun and continue moving forward with intention. For others, it’s an invitation into a thoughtful, guided space to pause, reset, and consider where you are and what it looks like to pursue greater health.
Rooted in the same heart behind Sanctuary, our time together will offer practical encouragement and meaningful reflection as we seek to live in the freedom, grace, and care that Christ has already secured for us. You don’t need prior experience with Sanctuary to fully engage—this morning is just for you.
Come as you are, and feel free to bring someone with you who could benefit from a space like this.
